By signing up for and using Hum Yum AI, you agree to the following terms.
Hum Yum AI provides an AI-powered phone answering service for restaurants, including order taking, reservation handling, FAQ answering, and call transfer. The service is provided on a subscription basis following a free trial period.
New accounts receive a free trial period as described at signup. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, your account will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All payments are non-refundable. This includes partial months, unused services, and subscriptions canceled mid-billing-cycle. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
You agree not to use Hum Yum AI for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose. You are responsible for the legality of calls received and orders processed through your account. Hum Yum AI reserves the right to suspend service for violations of these terms.
Hum Yum AI is provided "as is" without warranties. In no event shall Hum Yum AI be liable for missed calls, failed order delivery, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Hum Yum AI following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
